Instagram Live on Mental Health Awareness


Are you looking for career-specific mental health support but aren't sure where to start?

On Tuesday, May 14, the ADA will commemorate Mental Health Awareness Month with an Instagram Live event, Roots of Resilience: Dentists’ Mental Well-being, from noon to 1 p.m. CT. This will feature a discussion between dentistry professionals about managing career stress and finding wellness resources.

The panel will include Dr. Brett Kessler, ADA president-elect; Dr. Julie Spaniel, ADA wellness ambassador; and Dr. Alex Barrera, registered yoga instructor. Dr. Nidhi Taneja, a mindful pediatric dentist, will moderate. Follow the ADA on Instagram for updates.
