New Details on Some States with Direct Primary Care Agreement Laws
This year, a number of states passed or amended Direct Primary Care
Agreement laws, allowing dentists to engage in private agreements with patients.
A new list of state regulations is available in the ADA’s comprehensive “In-Office
Dental Plans” toolkit. For more details about the varying requirements and
